We encourage all our clients to be as involved in creating the most authentic social experience possible. Our team works to create your social media posts for one month in advance. If you would like to post independently of what has already been scheduled, we recommend you post it as an Instagram/Facebook Story. If your team wishes to share posts to your feed, we recommend reaching out to your Brindle Account manager who will ensure we upload the content, edit any photos/videos, and add a caption – making sure it aligns with your strategy and brand guidelines.
During on boarding, we address how your team would like to handle the different types of messages may be received to ensure we know up front how to address these, and in a timely manner. If there’s ever a question or message that needs additional context or explanation, we will engage your team so we can appropriately craft a response. For common questions, we configure a chat bot that can respond immediately or to address communication over the weekend and holidays.
We handle all of your social media content so most of our clients don’t post alongside our team. But if you do want to share something, our team creates one month’s worth of content at a time, sharing it with you in advance to review and approve so you can see exactly what’s going to be posted on which days.
